The big show is just around the corner! Mark your calendars for April 25-27.
Set up is April 23, 24. Break down will be the 27th after 4pm.
Volunteers are working hard to complete show preparations. Sign up for individual booths and the gallery is complete. We have more than thirty percent of the organizations membership involved in the show! There are 33 artists in the gallery and 9 in booths. We hope to increase the number of members involved with the show with numerous volunteer opportunities. Some of those opportunities would include: gallery staffing, set up/break down and demonstrations. Please contact one of the leaders listed below if you want to be involved.
I had a opportunity to brows through the gallery submission photos and was blown away by the quality, variety and beauty of the submissions. PNWS is going to make a grand entrance to one of the biggest art shows in the Northwest.
We still have a lot of work to do between now and the show. Primary activities for the show team will be completing volunteer sign up, jury selection of submitted art and preparing for the gallery construction. We hope all members will consider supporting the show by going to the Volunteer Sign-up. The gallery jury team will be completing the challenging task of choosing art work and sending out acceptance letters. Gallery candidates will receive an acceptance email to let them know the status of the submitted art.
We encourage members to help promote the show through your social media. Mary Grout is working with the show management and producing promotional material that can be used by our members. Look for updates from Mary.
