It’s Pacific NW Sculptors Annual Meeting month – a time to gather, review where we’ve been and imagine where we want to go.
ANNUAL MEETING – Saturday, February 21, 3 p.m.
Art at the Geode, 2516 SE Division St., Portland
Zoom: https://zoom.us/j/95758165361?pwd=FC7e1jtVaf5xNmUmazpBS7WsHXRhRs.1
Meeting ID: 9557 5816 5361 Passcode: 834143
Note: This is a potluck. Please bring food/drink if you can, plus your own cup/plate/utensils so we can cut down on landfill.
Will there be a teensy bit of boring stuff? Maaaaybe. There will be a brief review of our financial situation and membership, along with a vote on board members.
But mostly this is a time for personal connection, in the midst of Marty Eichinger’s inspiring space, surrounded by fantastic sculpture. I’m particularly hoping those who haven’t been to Marty’s in the past make the effort to join us in person. It’s worth the trip.

The 2026 PNWS calendar is looking terrific, with member studio visits, shows, demonstrations and the annual camping trip.
But what matters to you? I’ll say it again: PNW Sculptors is what WE make it. What are you passionate about? This is a terrific opportunity to talk with others and team up around shared interests. For example, do you…
- Want to start a small group focused on a particular medium?
- See if others are interested in working from a live model?
- Need to find an accountability partner to help get you over the hump with those things you “should” be doing but don’t quite get to?
- Want to connect with schools to encourage future sculptors?
The ideas go on and on. Feel free to add more below, to get the ball rolling.
I’m looking forward to seeing you there!
May your art flow,
Leslie Crist
President, PNW Sculptors
