The deadline to register for a booth at next year’s Gathering of the Guilds is November 28 – Black Friday!
SHOW DATES: April 25, 26 & 27 2026 (Friday – Sunday)
LOCATION: Oregon Convention Center Hall D, Portland, Oregon
We plan to have a gallery again to showcase member work at this high-traffic event. Individual artist booths are also available. Booth applications are due by November 28, and a deposit is required. Applications received after the deadline will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis. Additional fees may apply for late registration.

For all applications, full payment must be submitted by mid-February.
PNWS Membership is required to participate. Your application will not be accepted unless your membership is current. Renew your membership on the PNWS website if needed.
Booth space includes a draped back wall, advertising, insurance, security, dock agents, and a 5 amp electrical cord for each 10×10 space. This will be shared by split booths and kind cooperation is expected.
Commission is collected on sales exceeding the cost of the booth. For sales beyond the booth cost, a 25% flat rate applies. Commission can be reduced by volunteering, with a reduction of 1% per hour of approved volunteer work, down to a minimum 10% commission.

PNWS logistics coordinator Wayne Bunker will help coordinate booth sharing, so feel free to sign up for a partial booth. If you want to share space with a particular person, make a note of that in your application. Note: We are only able to secure full booths from the event organizers. Partial booth availability may be limited and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis.
