Ken Zell, the artist behind the mind-blowing outdoor sculpture show “Flea Zorkus” is hosting our June gathering. https://thefleazorkus.com/
Date/Time: 3 p.m. Saturday, June 14
Location: 6163 NW Saltzman Road, Portland
Park on the street, along the sides. There is a street-side gated entrance to the Zorkus, and many exhibits along the street itself, including the City of Lost Toasters (a work in progress). The sculptures play out a story along a hillside path. If you need assistance managing the hill, please reply to this email in advance and we can make arrangements.
This is a potluck. We will have tables set up at the top of the hill for food and drinks. Thankfully, it is expected to be much cooler than last weekend!
In addition to seeing and hearing about Ken’s work, discussing art and life, and getting to know new friends, we’ll discuss upcoming events and volunteer opportunities.
Heads Up…
There is a protest planned in Portland downtown this same day, from 11:30 – 4 p.m., mainly at the waterfront park.
This may have an effect on traffic, depending on your location.
P.S. Pssst! The calendar on the PNWS website is a great place to go for details on upcoming event.
