Gathering of the Guilds is 2 weeks away! Are you ready?

This is about the time when I start to get serious about the details for a show like the where and when for load-in/out. Actually that is not completely true, I usually think about thing like that the night before.

Security: There is a heightened focus on security

• Everyone must wear a PNWS badge to access the building
  • Please dig out a badge from a previous event, if you do not have a badge please send a note to Wayne.Jill.Bunker@gmail.com so I can have one ready for you
• All vehicles must display a pass to access the loading dock. Please use this link to print your parking pass.  Required Dash Auto Label

Schedule: Please note there have been changes to the Wednesday hours

• Set-up Gallery space: Wednesday 12:00am-5:00pm
• Drop off for Gallery work: Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Move-in for Booth set up:  Wednesday 2:00pm-10:00pm
• Move-in for Booth set up:  Thursday 8:00am-10:00pm

Pedestal Painting Party

Our pedestals are looking a little tired from all the use they have been seeing. Please come and help with this task. We will be freshening them up by repainting them.

• When: Friday 04/17 10:00am-02:00pm
• Where: Leslie’s house, 545 Edgewater Rd  
• Bring: brushes, rollers and a little snack to share
