Monthly Small Sculpture Workshops

Teri Fahrendorf of Rain Dragon Studio teaches small sculpture workshops monthly, at Leikam Brewing Company. Each workshop is project-based, and runs approximately 2.5 hours, depending on your speed.

This is a skills-based class that is accessible by beginners, with great results. All required tools and clay will be supplied. Workshop is suitable for adults and teens age 13+. 

We will work together, step-by-step, as you learn how to use the tools, and learn the skills to create your sculpture. Sculptures then travel to my studio where I will dry slowly and then fire them in my ceramic kiln.

Sculptures will be available for pick-up at Leikam Brewery about one month later. Sculptures made in the workshop will be on display to the public for one hour at the “Student Artists Show.” You’ll then take your sculpture home in time in time for that month’s holiday. 

Price includes 2 beer tickets. Substitutions available for abstainers, minors, and others who don’t drink beer. An upcharge may be necessary for some beverages.
