PRESS RELEASE: 3D Alchemy 2017

3D Alchemy - Fusing intellect, intuition and Magic into sculpture will feature Artist Talks

Sculpture Day is a yearly event established by the International Sculpture Center to celebrate sculptural arts. This year, events will be held in at least twenty countries and throughout the US. Officially, Sculpture Day is April 24th. However PNWS will be hosting its event on Saturday April 23rd so as to accomodate as many guests as possible. Each sculptor's talk will last just 7 minutes. Seven very different sculptors will speak about their creative spark and their processes. Each talk will be accompanied by 20 projected images of that artist's work, shown for exactly 20 seconds each. This will be followed by an improvisational dance by Creative Dance Portland in which they will create a living sculpture. Lastly a dance party featuring Motown and R&B with DJ Henry - The Art Man.
See the press release for more details.

WHEN: Saturday, April 23rd, from 6 - 10 pm
